Featured speaker Todd Harris will present Get your head in the game, exploring mindset, resilience, preparation and performance under pressure. Mark Oostergo will present Team performance: Effective communication and cooperation, examining how collaboration and communication contribute to safer workplaces and stronger organisational performance.

Additional speakers will share practical case studies and industry insights throughout the afternoon.
