Biography
Elinda is a registered psychologist, Principal Psychologist and Partner at Australian Psychological Services, with a Master of Organisational Psychology and advanced qualifications in business and management. She specialises in psychological health and safety, psychosocial risk management, capability development and workplace wellbeing.
Elinda has a strong interest in translating research into practice, with work focused on stress, engagement and burnout, as well as the impact of work design in complex environments, including healthcare.
Elinda has worked across state and federal government, health, construction, mining, energy and gas, emergency services and legal sectors, helping organisations improve the work conditions that underpin wellbeing, performance and safety. She also brings experience in employment litigation arising from traumatic workplace events.
