Julio Bará is the Head of Health, Safety, Environmental & Community Division at Lidiar Group, a HSEC advisory consultancy working across energy, resources, infrastructure, construction, healthcare, State and Local government and agriculture. Julio's work sits at the intersection of people and systems – psychosocial risk, safety culture, safety leadership, human and organisational performance, and the design of management systems that work the way people actually work. He advises boards, executives and operational leaders on WHS governance and due diligence, and has led psychosocial risk and safety culture programs for some of Queensland's largest public and private sector organisations. He is Co-Chair of the QMCA Safety Working Group, an elected member of the AIHS Queensland Branch Committee.
