Jimmy Anderson is the National Health and Safety Manager at Hutchinson Builders, where he provides country-wide support to more than 60 HSE Managers and Advisors across the business. He joined Hutchies in 2022, bringing with him significant construction industry experience, including more than 10 years with BESIX Watpac. Jimmy is known for his positive, practical and inclusive approach to managing hazards and risk. He is passionate about building a strong and durable safety culture through shared responsibility, leadership and empowering people at every level of the business. His work is grounded in the belief that health and safety is not just about compliance, but about caring for people and creating the conditions for teams to work safely and well.
