The Bend Experience

Exclusively available to Full Conference Ticket delegates, The Bend Experience offers a rare opportunity to step inside one of Australia’s world-class motorsport and events venues.

Delegates will be transported to The Bend and placed into industry-based groups for a curated program of immersive activities. The experience will include a mix of high-energy and behind-the-scenes sessions, such as hot laps, go-karting, venue safety tours, and a selection of surprise experiences designed to showcase safety, performance and operational excellence in action.

The day will conclude with a facilitated panel discussion featuring senior venue leadership and industry professionals, offering unique insights into safety management, risk, and performance in high-risk environments. This will be followed by networking drinks and canapés, providing delegates the chance to connect in an informal setting before returning to the Adelaide Convention Centre.
